Arrows only for leaving
Put an arrow on a link only when it leaves the site (↗), never on every link.

Why it matters
An arrow on everything stops meaning anything. Kept for links that take people elsewhere, it warns them before they click.
How to check it
Every link or button with an arrow glyph or icon goes to another site or app.
The default it guards against
"Learn more →" on every card, buttons with trailing arrows, and arrow icons on in-page actions.
Library items that apply it
Where it comes from
- docs/v1.2/plan.md §4 (tells: arrows only where they mean "goes somewhere else")
- design.md §14 (tells to avoid)
