Why it matters
People scan. When the first words are the answer ("Yes.", "Nothing was deleted.") most readers can stop there; the detail is for those who need it.
How to check it
Read only the first sentence of each answer or message: it gives the answer or outcome.
The default it guards against
FAQ answers that open with "Great question! At Acme we believe…" and errors that start with an apology and bury what happened.
