Every data region has its states
Design empty, loading and error states for every region that loads or lists data.

Why it matters
Real data is often missing, slow or failing, especially on first use. A region designed only for the happy path shows a blank box or a broken layout exactly when people need guidance.
How to check it
Force no data, a slow network and a failed request: each shows a designed state.
The default it guards against
A table or list that renders nothing, or spins forever, when the data is empty or the request fails.
