Why it matters
An accent works because it is rare. When icons, headings, borders and backgrounds all use it, nothing stands out and the primary action loses its pull.
How to check it
At 1440 and 390, every element in the primary colour is the primary action or a status.
The default it guards against
Primary-coloured icons on every card, tinted section backgrounds, gradient headings and accent-coloured text everywhere.
