Show importance with position, size, weight and borders, not gradients, glows or glass.

Why it matters
Effects cost contrast, render differently across themes and date quickly. They are also the usual way generated UI fakes emphasis the structure doesn't have.
How to check it
Search the styles for gradients, blur and backdrop-filter: none carries meaning.
The default it guards against
A gradient border and glow around the "Most popular" plan, glass cards over a blurred blob, gradient text in the hero.
