Recompose for small screens
On phones, restack content by priority and adapt components; don't shrink the desktop.

Why it matters
A scaled-down desktop keeps the desktop's order and density on a screen a third as wide. Recomposing puts the most important content and action first, at a usable size.
How to check it
At 390: priority order holds, nothing is cramped side by side, text is no smaller.
The default it guards against
Three columns squeezed side by side on a phone, or a desktop table shrunk to tiny text.
