No identical card grids
Shape each block by its content; don't force unlike content into identical icon cards.

Why it matters
Identical icon cards make every point look equally important and equally vague. Evidence, comparisons, questions and steps each have a natural shape, and using it shows the content is real.
How to check it
Every grid of 3+ same-shaped cards holds true peers; otherwise use a list or table.
The default it guards against
Three rounded cards with an icon, a two-word title and a line of filler each, for points that have nothing in common.
Library items that apply it
Where it comes from
- docs/v1.2/plan.md §6.4 (feature default: three identical icon cards)
- design.md §9 (avoid the repeated rounded card with shadow)
- AGENTS.md §13, v1.1 (tag v1.1-archive): no oversized rounded wrappers as a substitute for hierarchy
